|
| Did InstallShield complete successfully? |
 |
No: |
If the installation while InstallShield is running, you may have to
reboot your system and run the installation again. Unfortunately this is a known
problem with InstallShield and occurs when multiple installations of software (any type)
are performed using InstallShield without rebooting the machine between installations. |

 |
No: |
Try starting the RealPlayer from the Windows Start menu: "Start

This situation can arise if the installation process was unable to

Congratulations, you're one of the lucky few who will be contacted by

way to contact you (email or phone number and time to call) . |

| When the "2x" button is
"pushed-in" is the speed slider window visible? |
 |
No: |
Occasionally the speed slider window is "detached" from the
player and then moved out of the visible area of the screen. When this happens, the
best way to fix the problem is to search the screen for the corner of the window (usually
the right hand-side of the screen, or below the "toolbar"). If that does not
work, send an email to us and we will mail instructions for how to change the location of
the slider window the next time the RealPlayer starts. |

|
| After Purchasing the 2xAV Plug-In and Registering, I
get a message saying the "Evaluation Period has expired"? This is a
Registration problem, not an installation problem, but we'll walk through some situations
that might cause this to occur. |
- You have not registered with Enounce. (See the FAQ for instructions on how to register).
- You registered, but the process did not complete successfully. In versions prior
to 1.0.0.5, registration errors were not correctly reported during the registration
process. The easiest way to fix this problem is to upgrade to version 1.0.0.5 or a
later version of the 2xAV Plug-In.
- You do not have an internet connection. In this case you will need to send an
email to us containing the serial code you received when you purchased the 2xAV Plug-In.
