The latest Firefox v55 update on Mac OS X crashes when MySpeed is loaded.

We're aware of this new issue and are actively working on a fix.  Here is a work around while we work on the fix.

  1. Quit Firefox from the Firefox menu at the top left of the menu bar
  2. Click on the MySpeed icon in the menu bar and select Preferences from the menu
  3. Select the Advanced tab
  4. Uncheck the Firefox and the Plugin-container options
  5. Close the MySpeed Preferences window
  6. Open Firefox
  7. In the address bar, enter: about:config, click the blue 'I Accept the Risks' button
  8. In the search box, enter: browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2
  9. Double click the row to change the value in the last column to true
  10. Quit Firefox again from the Firefox menu at the top left
  11. Click on the MySpeed icon in the menu bar and select Preferences from the menu
  12. Select the Advanced tab
  13. Check the Firefox and the Plugin-container options
  14. Close MySpeed Preferences again
  15. Start Firefox
