| There are two ways to unlock and activate
your 2xAV Plug-In and both methods require a 2xAV Serial Number. If you do not have a 2xAV
Serial Number you can get that from the Enounce
Store. Once you have your serial number you are ready to proceed. Internet
Unlock and Registration: If you have an active Internet connection (either dial-up or
broadband) you can run the 2xAV Unlock and Registration program to unlock and
register the 2xAV Plug-In automatically and there is no wait.
The registration program can be started by going to:
Start Menu -> Programs -> Enounce ->
2xAV Plug-In for WMP -> 2xAV Unlock and Registration.
Email Unlock and Activation: If you do not have an active Internet connection or
you want to register via email you just need to send us your 2xAV Plug-In Serial Number
(which you can purchase from the Enounce Store)
and the Software Id for your computer. The Software Id will be different for different computers
so make sure you get the Software Id for the computer running the 2xAV Plug-In.
The Software Id is usually an 8 digit sequence of
characters composed of numbers and the letters and it is located at the
top right of the '2xAV Software Unlock and Registration' program main window as shown
below.
(Note: This is a sample image, your Software id will be different.)
The registration program can be started by going to:
Start Menu -> Programs -> Enounce ->
2xAV Plug-In for WMP -> 2xAV Unlock and Registration.
So the steps are:
- Purchase a Serial Number for your 2xAV Plug-in from the Enounce Store.
- Use the Support Request Form to submit
a support request to unlock via email.
- In the Question area, type Email Unlock of 2xAV
- Copy in your Software id as noted above.
- Copy in your newly purchased Serial Number.
- Make sure to include a valid email address or we will not be able to send you your unlock key file.
You will receive an email from us with a license key file attachment. Save
this file to disk, or open it from the email if unlocking the same machine that received the
email. If you need to unlock a machine that does not have an internet connection or email,
copy the attachment to a diskette and put that diskette in the machine you want to unlock.
This must also be the same machine that you copied the Software id from in the steps above.
Open the diskette in the file explorer and double click the license key file to unlock that
machine.
Thats it! Once the machine is unlocked, you are done.
